NICEIC Microgeneration Certification Scheme

The microgeneration scheme is an independent scheme, administered by Gemserve. The purpose of the scheme is to provide enhanced levels of protection to the consumer. This is achieved by assessing both products and installers for compliance against robust criteria.

The NICEIC have been granted a license to accredit installers for compliance with the MCS criteria. Apollo Solar have been inspected and accredited by the NICEIC for compliance with the MCS criteria.

REAL Assurance Scheme

The REAL Assurance Scheme has been set up by the Renewable Energy Association. It aims to guarantee a high quality experience for consumers wishing to buy or lease small generation units for their home, for a community building or for a small business. REAL membership is a sign that the supplier has agreed to abide by the high standards as set out in their Consumer Code. The REAL logo is a symbol of professional excellence.
